Working on an in-house team is pretty cool, especially when that in-house team is comprised of only you and 12 others. We're mini but mighty; and we handle all of Endurance's sub-brands e.g. Constant Contact, HostGator, BlueHost, and iPage.
What's Awesome: Learning how vital email marketing is to a small business and picking up some hip web-lingo.
What I've Learned: Not all brand voices are going to have a quirky, silly tone. I needed to adapt. Here's some of what I've been working on since coming on board:
